Dear Steve,
I had to take a moment to personally write you a thank you letter for the
amazing work you did on my flute today. After taking it to Great Neck to
another repair shop in July, I still had concerns about getting up on the
stage at the Huntington Fall Festival this Saturday because some keys were
still being temperamental. Now that you worked on my flute today and
repaired it, I have the clearest tone I have ever gotten on the low C and my
husband marvelled at the difference in the clarity of my instrument after you
worked on my flute.
Be assured that I will spread the word about your kindness in giving me
peace of mind for my big performance!!!:) Hope to see you Saturday. I am

I just wanted to say thanks again for bringing my flute into such great playing
condition! I can finally play in the low register and also play the higher
registers without pressing the keys down so hard like I used to. I also have
no idea where the headjoint dent was since you've taken it out. I will highly
recommend you to anybody looking to get repairs/tuning done to their wind
instruments.
